Background
Coach Dexter is an NLP educator and executive and life coach. He has been training in the corporate space since 2005 and enjoys creating and deploying tailor made VILT, ILT and E- learning courses. He has co-authored two best-selling books on Amazon on coaching and trains coaches on ICF certified NLP Practitioner, Executive Coaching and Life Coaching. Additionally, he serves as a mentor coach for coaches who wish to get credentialed by the ICF. In his role as a Training leader, he has spearheaded multiple organization development initiatives including management development programs, leadership skilling workshops and coaching clinics. His participants come from a wide array of backgrounds, from BFSI, Retail, Telecom and ITES. And across geographies including India, Middle East , North America and Europe. He is also passionate about spiritual coaching and uses past life regression therapy to help individuals work through karmic blocks.
